Hedda.ee operates the online store (hereinafter referred to as the online store) managed by 11Hour OÜ (registration code: 16247990), located at Rabivere village, Kohila municipality, Rapla county, 79610, Estonia.
Terms of Sale, Product, and Price Information
The terms of sale apply when purchasing products from the online store. The prices of the products are indicated on the online store’s website, and they are subject to additional delivery charges. The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the chosen delivery method, and it is displayed to the buyer when placing an order. For detailed information about the products, please refer to the respective product on the online store.
Order Processing
To order a product, add the desired items to the shopping cart. To complete the order, fill in the required fields and select a suitable delivery method for the products. Then, the screen will display the amount to be paid, which can be settled via online banking or other payment methods. The contract becomes effective upon receipt of the payment amount to the online store’s bank account. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered, the buyer will be notified, and the paid amount, including the delivery costs, will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days.
Delivery
Goods are shipped to Estonia. The buyer bears the shipping costs, and the relevant price information is displayed alongside the shipping method. Domestic shipments generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 1-7 business days from the effective date of the sales contract. Deliveries outside Estonia are made within 3-9 calendar days. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.
Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the order. The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened packaging cosmetics and perfumery products or products whose use cannot be verified. The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a declaration of withdrawal from the purchase must be submitted, and the unused and undamaged goods must be returned.
Processing of Personal Data
The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only for order processing and delivery of the goods to the buyer. Personal data may be disclosed to a transport service provider for the delivery of the goods. The buyer has the option to unsubscribe from email offers and newsletters at any time.
Dispute Resolution
If the buyer has any complaints about the online store, they should be sent to the email address info@hedda.ee or by calling +372 557 9318. If the buyer and the online store cannot resolve the dispute by mutual agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Commission. Consumer disputes within the European Union can also be resolved through an online platform.
